With over a decade of experience in the world of Psychology, as both a lifelong student and now a Professor, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families create lasting change in their relationships. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Psychology, continuing to deepen my understanding of how people grow, learn, and heal.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worked 1:1 with parents and in groups with families navigating challenges around connection, communication, and generational trauma. I’ve had the honor of watching many of my clients heal old patterns, break family cycles, and build relationships that reflect the kind of love and growth they want for their children.

Through attachment-based and strength-based techniques, I help parents find clarity, confidence, and compassion in their parenting so they can show up as the kind of parents they’ve always wanted to be.
